Tom is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, having studied Real Estate at the University of Reading. He has extensive experience valuing all types of commercial and residential property and previously worked with Winterhill Largo across their London, Leeds, and Manchester offices before founding Pantera Property in January 2016. He now divides his time between our London and Harrogate offices.

Tom works closely with Insolvency Practitioners and a wide range of lenders, providing valuation advice, property management services, and support with asset disposals. Outside of work, Tom is a keen golfer and a regular at Alwoodley Golf Club.
